Delete your account

Pantrinho by STRN Labs

You can delete your Pantrinho account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Pantrinho.
2. Go to More › Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email support@strnlabs.online from the address linked to your account (or tell us the Google account you used), with the subject “Delete my Pantrinho account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, photo, time zone and notification settings.
• Your sign-in account.
• Spaces only you use, with all their items, shopping list and history.

What is kept

• Items you added to a space shared with other people stay in that space, because they belong to the household. Your name is removed from the space.
• If you owned a shared space, it passes to another member.
• Anonymous analytics and crash reports are kept by Firebase for up to 14 months and then deleted.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Pro subscription: cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
